All residential plans feature unlimited data – and are subject to reasonable use. This means normal browsing, Netflix, Neon etc. We do not allow hosted services on residential plans. We prohibit the downloading of copyrighted material.
Our ethos is to give all users a good experience and ensure everyone gets fair use of the internet.
All plans ensure a minimum of 2.5Mbps download (CIR), the same as mainstream fibre providers do, and depending on which plan you choose we allow it to go up to a maximum speed (MIR).
The maximum speed is not guaranteed as there can be contention on the network at busy times.
$100/month inc GST – 2.5Mbps CIR/30Mbps MIR
$115/month inc GST – 2.5Mbps CIR/50Mbps MIR
